This Southern German Pilsner is inspired by the Schwarzwald or Black Forest region of Southern Germany, the same forest where Hansel and Gretel and Sleeping Beauty came to life in the Grimm Brother’s tales. This Pilsner is soft and quaffable, very easily consumed but nuanced and vibrant. Brewed with the highest quality heirloom Pilsner malt and organic noble hops Hersbrucker and Tettnang.
